Privacy Policy

Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This is a working draft so you can see what we do and do not do with your information. It will be replaced with a checked version before anybody is charged.
The short version
We collect what we need to run your jobs and no more. We do not sell it. The only outsiders who touch it are the companies that host it, send your texts and run the model, and each one only gets the part it needs to do its job.
What we collect
- About you: name, email, mobile, business name, trade, ABN and licence if you give them, and your hourly rate if you set one.
- About your work: jobs, addresses, notes, photos and files, quotes, invoices and what has been paid.
- About your crew: name and mobile, so we can text them.
- About your customers: name and contact, and the address of the job.
- How you use it: when you signed in, what went wrong, and enough to keep it working.
People you add
When you put your crew or your customers in, you are handing us information about somebody who is not in the room. We hold it for you, we use it only to do the work you asked for, and we do not contact them about anything else. Making sure you are allowed to give it to us is your part.
What we do with it
- Run the thing you are paying for.
- Send the messages you ask us to send.
- Keep it secure, and find out why when it breaks.
- Email you about your account. Not about anything else, unless you say yes.
Finding what is broken
When something goes wrong for you, we record that it went wrong. Drizzy claiming he booked a job he did not book, the model failing to answer, you having to ask the same thing twice because the first answer was no good.
We keep enough of the wording to work out why, because a count of failures tells nobody what to fix and a sentence does. Before any of it is stored, names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses and dollar amounts are taken out of it automatically. What is left looks like this:
hot water swap at [NAME] tomorrow, [NAME] on it
That is enough to see that Drizzy misread something, and not enough to know who anybody is. It matters because those messages are often about your customers rather than about you, and they never agreed to anything.
We do not read conversations that worked. Nothing is recorded unless something failed, or unless you tell us an answer was wrong, and telling us is a button you press rather than something that happens quietly.
The model
When you talk to Drizzy, what you write is sent to a large language model to be understood. It is routed through OpenRouter to Anthropic, and we only send what the question needs.
Whether a model provider may train on what is sent is a setting on our OpenRouter account, and ours is set to route only to providers that do not train on it. OpenRouter's own handling of what passes through them is governed by their policies, not ours, and we link them here rather than speak for them: openrouter.ai/privacy.
Who else touches it
- Cloudflare hosts the service, runs the database and stores your files. Data is held in their network, which spans several countries including the United States and the European Union.
- Mobile Message (Australia) sends and receives the texts.
- OpenRouter (United States) routes what you write to Anthropic (United States), which runs the model.
- Resend (United States) sends the email, your login links, and the quotes and invoices you send to customers.
- Revolut (United Kingdom and Australia) takes the payment. Your card details go to them directly and never reach us.
- PostHog (European Union) counts how the product is used, which screens get opened and where people get stuck, so we can fix the parts that do not work. It is not sent your customers' details, your quotes, your photos, or anything your crew texts.
That means your information goes overseas, and under Australian Privacy Principle 8 we should say where rather than leave it at "overseas": the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We choose providers held to standards comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles, and we do not send more than each one needs to do its job.
Whose information it is
Your customers' names and addresses, and your crew's mobile numbers, are information you collected from them. You decide what goes in and what comes out; we hold it and act on it for you, and we do nothing else with it. If one of your customers asks you what you hold about them. That is your question to answer, and if you ask us for everything on your account so you can answer it, we will give it to you.
If something leaks
If information is lost or taken in a way likely to cause serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires. We will tell you what happened, what was in it and what to do about it, and we would rather tell you about a near miss than say nothing and hope.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and then: your jobs, customers, crew, photos and conversations are deleted within ninety days of you closing it. Records of what you paid us are kept for five years, because Australian tax law requires it.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, apart from those payment records. If you want a copy first, ask before you close the account rather than after.
Keeping it safe
Encrypted in transit and at rest. One business cannot see another's, and that is enforced on every request rather than assumed. Your crew see the jobs they are on, not your books.
What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold about you.
- A correction if it is wrong.
- Deletion of it.
- An explanation of anything on this page.
Email hello@yodrizzy.com and we will come back to you inside thirty days. If you are not happy with how we handled it you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies
One, to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, and nobody else's either.
Children
It is for people running a business. It is not for under sixteens and we do not knowingly collect anything about one.
Changes
If we change anything that matters we will tell you before it starts, not after.
